• Gym Administrator Information: Name, email address, password hash (handled securely via Firebase Authentication), phone number, and gym studio profile details (gym name, studio address, contact number).

• Gym Member Records: Member full name, phone number, email address, membership plan start date, duration (months), calculated renewal date, fee amount, and payment status (Paid, Pending, or Partial).

• Technical & Usage Data: Device browser type, IP address, system timestamps, and session diagnostics for security and crash analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data exclusively for essential business purposes:

• Authenticating gym owners and verifying registered studios.

• Real-time tracking of memberships, renewals, and revenue calculations on your private dashboard.

• Facilitating direct WhatsApp renewal notifications initiated by gym owners to their members.

• Maintaining security, fraud prevention, and admin account approvals.

We never sell, rent, or trade your member data or contact lists to any third-party advertisers or marketing agencies.

3. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored and encrypted using Google Cloud and Firebase infrastructure with industry-standard TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 at rest. Access is strictly partitioned by authenticated gym owner IDs, ensuring no gym owner can access another studio's member data.

4. Offline Storage & Caching

Gym Connect employs Progressive Web App (PWA) Service Workers and local cache storage to allow offline viewing of cached gym dashboard records and rapid asset loading. You can clear this offline cache at any time through your browser settings.

5. Your Rights & Control

Gym owners have full control over their records. You may add, edit, or permanently delete member records and your gym profile directly from the dashboard interface at any time.
